Residence Ciasa Planat 

Excellent structure

We stayed at Casa Planat the first week of March. From the moment we contacted them online and by phone, I was pleasantly surprised by the staff's kindness and helpfulness. Once we arrived, we found an excellent property with a beautiful two-bathroom apartment (we are a family with three adult children). Everything was comfortable and functional, with thorough daily cleaning and a lovely wellness center. The staff was always helpful and extremely kind. We can't wait to return.

A wonderful New Year’s Eve

We returned to this wonderful place after a couple of years and found the usual kindness and passion from Daniela and her family. This time we stayed in the attic, and I can say that every apartment is unique and always welcoming, warm, and tastefully furnished in true Tyrolean style. The entire property is impeccably maintained, as is the spa with sauna, Turkish bath, and relaxation area. It's a beautiful place with a magical atmosphere!

Welcome and hospitality

Hospitality and professionalism in a warm and welcoming environment. The apartment is tastefully furnished and cleaned daily. The property is located just steps from the city center in a pedestrian area. Well-served by shops and restaurants.

We felt completely comfortable and welcome.

From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home thanks to the warm and friendly welcome from Mrs. Pizzinini and the cozy warmth of the fireplace. The small apartment (on the top floor) was thoughtfully designed, functional, and very comfortable, bright, and tastefully furnished. The adjoining bathroom was spacious, with a bathtub and a window. The daily room service (making the beds, changing the towels, and taking out the trash!) was fantastic! There were bread rolls delivered to the door in the morning! All in all, we had a wonderful week's holiday, even though the weather wasn't always great. We loved the friendly and kind nature of the entire Pizzinini family, the cozy house, the charming town of San Cassiano, and the ski resort so much that we'll be back next year! And of course, we'll be staying at Ciasa Planat again!

Holidays in San Cassiano

Well-organized facility, very friendly and helpful staff. Ideal location for those who don't want to use a car during their vacation, with all amenities nearby.

Wonderful structure!

Daniela Pizzini and her family welcomed us to their magnificent property. Their warmth, kindness, and helpfulness are a hallmark of the property. Excellent furnishings and comfort are evident throughout. The apartment is well-designed and equipped with every comfort. Impeccably clean throughout. We will definitely return and recommend Ciasa Planat to anyone visiting San Cassiano and the surrounding area.

Top summer holidays!

Seven nights in a splendid room, with a terrace and a view of the mountain opposite. The welcome and helpfulness of the two young owners was excellent. A welcoming room with a whirlpool tub, thorough daily cleaning, and reserved parking for guests. We had a wonderful time. We will definitely return to beautiful San Cassiano, whose center is just thirty seconds away.

Beautiful, we will return

We stayed 7 nights, excellent welcome with very kind and helpful owners who welcomed us at 3 in the morning, The apartment is generously sized and very functional, cleaned daily, very nice sauna/Turkish bath. We'll be back!

I would say excellent

Summer 2017. First of all, I would say the cleanliness is excellent, the owners are friendly, convenient and strategic for reaching various locations, located in the village, everything very welcoming and with attention to detail. We will definitely be back and recommend it.
