Dream week

My husband and I stayed at this residence for the first time. The pre-arrival information and the welcome from Thomas were impeccable. Not to mention the Gran Ander apartment, furnished in a traditional style: warm, welcoming, spacious, quiet, and convenient to the city center. The price was right for a week! Highly recommended. Beautiful structure convenient to services

The property is very well maintained and tastefully furnished. Rooms are connected to the covered parking lot and ski/boot storage. The slopes are a 2-minute ride away by ski bus, which stops right in front of the residence. Well-stocked supermarket opposite the property, other shops, restaurants/pizzerias within a 5-minute walk.

Complete and a stone’s throw from the centre

New building with apartments equipped with all appliances. Strategically located just steps from the center of La Villa, it offers a ski shuttle service and covered garage parking, all included in the price.

Vacation with friends

Brand new and welcoming. The owner is a friendly person and always available to accommodate guests' needs. Located in the center of essential services and about 500-600 meters from the ski lifts, the property offers a free Skybus pass for the ski lifts, which is an excellent service. What more can I say? Come and tell me about it.

Perfect location

Brand new building and furnishings, apartments with balconies, and those on the first floor also have a lovely garden. The location is perfect, across from the grocery store, next to a café and pastry shop, and just steps from the center of La Villa. Another plus is the apartment cleaning on Mondays and Wednesdays. The reception staff are extremely friendly. Definitely a great choice for a vacation.

The apartment is spotlessly clean, comfortable, and warm, with every amenity you could possibly need, including Wi-Fi. It's in a great location for getting around, both by car and on the ski shuttle available to guests. A well-stocked supermarket is just across the street.

Booked a holiday apartment - almost like being pampered in a hotel!

Since we always book our hiking holidays at short notice, "Clara's" was the only place with availability in August 2017. We didn't regret it. The rooms are very nicely furnished, everything has a high-end feel. The beds are a good size. Our arrival in the rain wasn't a problem. We were able to unload our luggage in the underground parking garage without getting wet, using a luggage cart and the elevator. The rooms were cleaned, beds made, and towels changed on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays. We're still getting used to that. Once a week would be fine for us, but three times a week it becomes a nuisance. All our hiking gear is lying around, that's just how it is. But that meant tidying up a bit three times a week beforehand. Great view of the Kreuzkofel group, Spar supermarket opposite, bakery next door, bus stop in front of the house. We also often used the lawn behind the house.

We're regular guests at this property. Comfortable, clean, with a private shuttle service to the ski lifts. The apartments are cozy. We'll definitely be back.

Family summer vacation with adult children and friends

We stayed at this property the first week of August. The superior three-room apartment is a lovely, spacious, and bright space with good amenities, suitable for large families or those with adult children and a dog like us. The welcome and helpfulness were very warm. There is no outdoor parking, but there is a large and attractive covered garage accessible by elevator. The housekeeping and linen changes were excellent. The furnishings could use some updating, especially the stovetop, which currently has old electric burners that are unsuitable for cooking; we recommend the owners replace them with modern, more functional induction ones. Other than that, the kitchen facilities are very good. We were very satisfied with the service.
