The Residence Bondì is located in Colfosco, in the heart of the Dolomites, in a quiet and sunny position from which you can enjoy a fabulous panorama: the Sella group, Sassongher and Ciampac.
The residence is a family-run business open all year round and offers apartments of different sizes, for 2 to 6 people. The apartments are equipped with shower or bath, toilet, bed linen and towels, private balcony (except the apartments of type C and type D), telephone, satellite TV, dishwasher and a safe. The residence also has a large garden, parking place, garage and patio.
In winter there is a ski bus which takes you to the lifts. In the surrounding area all sports lovers can practice sledding, downhill and cross country skiing, play tennis, swim in the pool, climb on the climbing wall and much more.
In the summer the Residence, situated in the greenery, is an ideal starting point for numerous walks and excursions in the mountains. Other possible activities include golf, tennis, climbing, biking, or a visit to the school for paratroopers, excursions on horseback and many events organised by the local tourism association.

I loved the quiet location and stunning views of the spotlessly clean apartment. A small balcony I'll dream about all year round. The lawn, accessible from the apartment, where the little girl played happily. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for a vacation. The owners are friendly, attentive, and accommodating.

Beautiful Val Badia

We stayed at this property in August 2019 with our children. The apartments are spacious, especially the one for 6. The furnishings and amenities are meticulously maintained. The location is beautiful, almost like you can touch the mountains, and at sunset everything turns pink, a truly unique spectacle. The town is very close, just a few minutes' walk away, convenient for groceries, newspapers, and the tourist office. The owners, Manuel and his parents, are very friendly and welcoming, always ready to welcome you with a smile and offer valuable advice on things to see in the area. Given the nice weather, we also made use of the loungers in the back, on a well-kept lawn where the kids played ball while we adults relaxed in the sun. The property is beautiful, and the valley's beautiful spots are easily accessible from here! Excellent wifi and a nice ping pong table for family games.

Holidays at high altitude

The property's excellent location is a great base for both high-altitude hikes (Col Pradat, the Jimmi and Cir refuges) and ski lifts (Piz Boè). It's also convenient for descending into the valley and reaching local museums and castles. We visited the Bear Museum in San Cassiano and Tor Castle. It's a shame that the larger apartments (six people) don't have a terrace or balcony, and there's no washer/dryer or microwave.

Winter vacation 2017

Our first time in the Alta Badia region and we were thrilled with our holiday. Great snow, fantastic slopes, plenty of sunshine, ski bus, mountain huts... Residence Bondì is very clean and we had the premium apartment with the best view of Colfosco and the Gardena Pass, as well as the high mountains. The hosts were friendly and kind. We would gladly come back.
