Residence Manuela is the ideal place for a comfortable and relaxing holiday in the heart of Alta Badia, in La Villa. Both in winter and summer you will enjoy the close proximity of the house (only 50 meters) to the lift of the Gardenaccia and the magnificent ski slopes of Alta Badia. In summer it is a great starting point for beautiful walks in natural parks and wonderful climbing tours in the majestic peaks of the Dolomites. The Residence Manuela offers various comfortable and functional accommodation for 4, 5 or 6 people. All apartments are equipped with color TV, refrigerator, dishwasher, crockery and linen.

Mountain holiday

We stayed at this property for a week. The location is excellent for getting around and the view is beautiful. Manuela is very friendly, as is the room manager. We brought our dog with us without any problems! We had a wonderful first stay, and will definitely be back next year!

Excellent accommodation, extremely friendly and helpful. Close to the ski slopes and the town. Everything is within easy walking distance.

Excellent solution

I've been staying at this residence for at least 10 years. It's located in a quiet but very convenient area. The apartments are comfortable, functional, and beautifully furnished. The owner is welcoming, accommodating, and always available. I stayed there with my family, plus a dog, and friends, and I recommend it to everyone.
