Apartments Ciasa Sunara 

A very attractive accommodation with commanding views

We stayed in one of the, 1st floor, single bedroom apartments with two single beds. These could be moved apart and there was a bed/settee for two (possibly children) available in the lounge, we never opened it up. Finishes and equipment were to a high standard, although cooking was limited to a 4 ring induction hob with touch control that took some getting used to if not familiar with them. The absence of an oven did limit your options for food preparation, but with some ingenuity we managed for two weeks, only eating out for 4 of the nights. It was not apparent when booking, but the apartments are serviced, occasionally, with basic cleaning and regular changes of towels and bedding. While the building does have a laundry, it only appears to be for use by the staff. You will have to make do with the small hand basin in the bathroom to wash clothes. There is also an underground car park, so you will not burn yourself on the car's upholstery on very hot day. There is also a lift to all floors, but it's on a time control that puts it out of use through the night. People from the UK, may also find the absence of an electric kettle remiss. If driving from the UK, take one with you, the voltage is similar to the UK. Also a toaster if you can't live without toast (there's no grill). We had a very enjoyable two week holiday in Colfosco, made more so by choosing this accommodation that offers more comfort than others I have stayed in. Highly recommended!
