Welcome to the Residence Edelweiß, situated in Sexten. The residence is located at the entrance of the valley "Fischleintal" surrounded by the majestic Dolomites – also well known as "Sextner Sonnenuhr".
Thanks to the central position and the terrace, the facility is – in summer (bus stop, cycle tracks, hiking trails directly before our house) as well as in winter (cross country ski tracks, winter hiking trails) – a comfortable, convenient location, to immediately experience your holiday without having to take the car. The residence disposes of spacious apartments with balcony, a sauna, whirlpool and very large fitness room for your well-being.
In one close alpine cottage time seems to have stopped, you can totally relax and combine outdoor sports with recreation.

Enchanting Pusteria Valley

The property's location, the kindness of the owners, the strategic location for getting around thanks to the bus and shuttle services, the dream playgrounds, the sports center exceeding expectations, the convenience of the amenities. The apartment is spotless and fully equipped, with plenty of linens.

It couldn’t be better.

This was the second time we had stayed in an apartment owned by the Stabinger family. Everything was perfect. The apartment was beautiful and spotlessly clean. The location was fantastic, and the Stabinger family was very friendly and helpful.

Fantastic holiday

We had a wonderful week in Moso. It's not our first time at this hotel, and as always, we had a wonderful time. The rooms were spacious, spotlessly clean, and equipped with every comfort. The breakfast is sensational, the best in our opinion, in a long time. Homemade cakes from the bakery, and much more. The owners make you feel at home, always available and friendly. Definitely worth a try.

A week of relaxation

I spent a week at Garni Edelweiss with two friends. The property is in a very convenient location for the beautiful walks in the surrounding area. It's also very convenient for public transportation, so you can forget about your car for the entire stay. The rooms are spacious, bright, and well-equipped; the bathroom is comfortable, although it doesn't have a window. The breakfast was generous and varied, served in the spacious and bright breakfast room. The owners are very welcoming, friendly, and extremely helpful with all our requests. It was a truly enjoyable week!

A very pleasant stay

My wife and I spontaneously decided to take a short break near the Tre Cime di Lavaredo and happened to end up at the Hotel Edelweiss. All in all, our stay at the hotel was very pleasant. The host couple were very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were lovely and clean, and the breakfast was excellent. It's a real shame, however, that the hotel only offers bed and breakfast. We would have loved to have something to eat in the late afternoon and spend a relaxing evening with a glass of wine.

A week in paradise

Hotel on the main road with a bus stop right outside. Alta Pusteria is accessible by car, but you can get around by bus and train. The room was spacious and bright, with the same bathroom and bidet. The bed was excellent, although the duvet had a bit of a problem at first, but you almost got used to it. Breakfast, breakfast, breakfast, Yes, it's worth 3 times, it's superb (up to 8 cakes baked by the owner). The sauna is ok. The jacuzzi is small, but ok. A wonderful week thanks to the beautiful places we explored, the nature we enjoyed, and the comfort of the Edelweiss Hotel upon our return. There's no dinner, but there are three restaurants nearby. Everything was fine!

A short but excellent vacation! Everything was above average: the welcome, the room service, the sauna, and, above all, the delicious desserts for breakfast. Highly recommended for anyone staying in Moso.

Emergency room in the sauna

Since Sexten and the surrounding area were completely booked, we thought we'd have to cut our mountain bike Alpine crossing short and return to Innsbruck that evening. But instead, we were warmly welcomed and accommodated on a cozy mattress in the Edelweiss sauna, where we were able to spend a night in the sauna that had been spontaneously set up for us. We are very grateful and wholeheartedly recommend the Edelweiss and its friendly and welcoming owner!
