The Residence Obermüller warmly welcomes you in a calm surrounding, nearby the wood, in the middle of a big garden, not far from the lively centre of San Candido/Innichen, its promenade, the shops, the restaurants and the cultural centre. If you are looking for relax, but don’t want to miss fun, this is the right place for you. In summer you can sunbath or grill in the wide and quiet garden, while the kids can play on the playground of the house. The Residence is partner of the water park Aquafun San Candido/Innichen and the guests of the house have important price reductions at the entrance.
In winter, you can enjoy the ski runs in the surroundings: approximately 300m from the house you’ll find the ski station Haunold/Baranci; the cross-country-skiing runs start right behind the house.
In the Residence you’ll find both studio apartments (for 2-3 people), two-room-apartments and three-room-apartments (for 3-5 people). In the apartments you’ll find everything you need for a pleasant stay. Bed linen and towels are included.
