Nice holiday

The accommodation is on two floors and has very useful outdoor spaces for us and our dog, who was able to play and run in the garden. Mrs. Clara, the owner, is very kind. Advised.

Nothing less than exceptional!!!

The courtesy and kindness of the owner Mrs. Clara The proximity to the ski slopes right in front of the property with the possibility of renting equipment and purchasing ski passes The entire apartment no. 5: bedrooms with excellent mattresses, plenty of storage space, a new bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and two balconies overlooking the ski slopes and the beautiful village of San Vigilio. The wellness area is small but very beautiful. The ski storage room with boot warmers is extremely functional. The proximity to the town centre (just a few minutes' walk)

Excellent location

We stayed for two weeks in January. In addition to the excellent location for accessing the ski slopes, the apartment is very welcoming and the owners are discreet and very kind.

Beautiful discovery!

We stayed at Residence Noares for the first time and were truly satisfied. The location is wonderful, close to the center but away from the hustle and bustle, and just steps from the slopes. The apartments are cozy and clean, and Clara was incredibly helpful. The indoor parking garage was fantastic. We'll definitely be back next year.

Holiday of the heart

Beautiful holiday in San Vigilio

This was my second visit to this property with my family, and it was once again a pleasure to stay. It's an excellent property in every way: its location close to the town center and the slopes, the comfort of the apartments, and Clara's helpfulness and courtesy. A small, very pleasant wellness area was recently built. With the upcoming addition of showers in some apartments that only have bathtubs, it will become an excellent property.

Wonderful corner of peace facing the slopes

The apartment is clean, comfortable, well-furnished, and offers a wide range of amenities. The atmosphere is peaceful and tranquil, yet it's just steps from the town center and 20 meters from the start of the Plan slopes. Clara was attentive and friendly, and the stay was perfect.

Ladin friendliness

This was my second year staying at this property. The apartments are well-furnished and very efficient, clean, and well-equipped with all the amenities, including a dishwasher. There's also a laundry room available for guest use and WiFi. They also accept pets; we even brought our sizeable Maremma dog, Wendy, on vacation with us. Clara is always available and ready to satisfy any request. The residence is located near the center of San Vigilio, yet in a quiet location. We will definitely return for the pleasant surroundings and the nearby excursions.

Belissssimi apartamenti Noares!

Appartamenti nuovi, bellissimi. La signora Clara è molto gentile. La posizione della casa è ottima, vicino delle piste da sci, come anche al centro del paese di San Vigilio che è stupendo, specialmente in dicembre... Consigliato!
