The newly built residence Sonnberg is situated in Percha, in a calm and sunny position, approximately 4km to Bruneck.
The lift Ried Kronplatz is situated at 400m distance and is reachable in a few minutes by foot. All the apartments are equipped with satellite TV, safe, Internet access ADSL and a fully equipped cooking area containing microwave, glass ceramic stove, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker and dishes.
A large lawn in front of the house, a parking slot in our underground garage, the Internet access in every apartment and a skiboots-drying room are at your disposal. At a distance of only 200m you can find a supermarket, a pharmacy, a restaurant-pizzeria, a children’s playground and the bus stop.

Fantastic stay!

We had a fantastic holiday in this incredibly welcoming and beautiful property, overlooking Kronplatz. The owner was incredibly kind and made herself completely available to us guests. I highly recommend this property!

In the heart of the Pusteria Valley

This newly built residence has seven apartments. This is our third time staying there, and thanks in part to the kindness of the owner, supported by her mother and sister, we feel right at home. We appreciate the frequent change of towels, the garage with reserved parking, and the train station (with an adjacent cable car station for Kronplatz). The proximity to Brunico and the Aurina Valley and the central location, from which you can reach virtually every village in the valley by car or the famous train, are also not to be underestimated. The only drawback, not attributable to the property, is the lack of a "village" in terms of shops and walks, but considering you're out all day, this is a minor issue. The supermarket and pharmacy are also just a short walk away.

Questo residence di nuova costruzione dispone di 7 appartamenti. Quest’anno è la terza volta che siamo loro ospiti ed ormai, anche per la gentilezza della proprietaria supportata da mamma e sorella, ci sentiamo a casa. Ci piace il frequente cambio biancheria da bagno, il garage con posto auto riservato, la stazione trenino (con annessa stazione funivia per Plan de Corones). Da non sottovalutare la vicinanza a Brunico e valle Aurina e la centralità del sito dal quale si può raggiungere praticamente ogni località della valle sia con l’auto che con il famoso trenino. Unica pecca, da non attribuire alla struttura, la mancanza del "paesino" in termini di negozi e passeggiate ma considerato che si sta fuori tutto il giorno diventando problema minore. Supermarket e farmacia comunque a due passi.

Very positive experience, to be repeated!

A new residence just a few hundred meters from the Val Pusteria train station. The atmosphere is modern, very clean, and welcoming. The owners make sure you have everything you need (cards, pool discounts, linens, internet), and they always welcome and host you with a smile and kindness. I already knew the area and had eyed the residence on other occasions. We wanted to try it for a medium-long stay, and we were right. Thank you, Christa, Giovanna, and Mom. Definitely worth a visit!
