Everything was very clean, the location was beautiful, and the staff were friendly. The apartment was comfortable and cozy. We'll definitely come back again; the entire Ultimo Valley is worth a visit, and immersing yourself in nature is fantastic.

Appreciation for the stay at the Residence Karnutsch

The residence is in a good location. The apartment is spacious and very well furnished. We found the Ultimo Valley to be very beautiful. Monika and the entire Karnutsch family were very friendly and helpful.

How wonderful to feel at home in a dream valley!

We congratulate Monika and her family on the beautiful apartment where we spent our holiday in Val d'Ultimo. It was very welcoming, tastefully furnished, and equipped with every comfort. The residence is conveniently located just minutes from the lake and its many hiking trails. We really appreciated the helpfulness and hospitality they showed us, which made our holiday even more enjoyable.

Kindness, beauty, relaxation

We had a wonderful holiday at the Karnutsch Residence in the Ulten Valley. A modern apartment with every comfort, the kindness, friendliness, and helpfulness of the Karnutsch family, the opportunity to discover the valley's enchanting corners, the countless hiking and trekking trails, and the charming mountain huts serving excellent South Tyrolean cuisine made our stay perfect, and we'd happily recommend it to friends.

Beautiful holiday in Santa Valburga

I spent my first holiday in this valley with my family and we loved it. We found very kind and helpful people and magnificent places to visit. I thank the owners of the residence for their kindness and hospitality. I hope to return soon to spend some peaceful and relaxing days.

Excellent residence

We stayed for two weeks at the Karnutsch family's residence and were very satisfied. First of all, we were greeted with a friendly yet professional welcome. We immediately felt at ease. Then, we appreciated the comfort of the spacious and well-furnished apartment. Finally, we were very pleased with the cleanliness. The towels were changed promptly. Throughout our stay, the hosts were a constant yet discreet presence, never intrusive. We received exhaustive information about the various tourist attractions. Excellent "fresh bread" service. We will definitely be back.

Excellent structure

Beautiful property consisting of eight tastefully furnished apartments, a welcoming atmosphere, and a kind and helpful family. Excellent location. Close to ski lifts, trailheads, and amenities. Ideal for families and those seeking a quiet getaway without sacrificing comfort. It's our go-to place in the enchanting Ultimo Valley. We highly recommend it.

A pleasant period of relaxation and fantastic walks

It was our first experience in the Ultimo Valley. We had a wonderful stay with the Karnutsch family, who were attentive to our every need. We felt right at home. The apartment was very comfortable, practical, and well-equipped. It's a great location, close to the bus stop and a well-stocked market; the speck was excellent! ;-) We've explored the valley extensively, offering walks suitable for families with children, as well as more challenging trails. We recommend a refreshing break at the various mountain huts, where you can enjoy typical local dishes and delicious strudels. Very positive experience and we hope to return soon. Uncontaminated nature

Beautiful valley, time stands still, ancient flavors, the simplest ones found at every mountain hut you come across, and after wonderful walks or hikes, you return to the Karnutsch house and find yourself welcomed as if you were part of their family. A beautiful apartment with every comfort, plus cleanliness, kindness, smiles, not to mention the willingness to accommodate and advise you on everything. We'll be back soon! A beautiful holiday

We visited for the first time a few days ago (a family of three, with a two-year-old daughter) and found the apartment to be in a very quiet area; the town center is just a few minutes' walk away, and there's a well-stocked market just a few meters away. The garden is well-kept and has plenty of play equipment for the kids. The Karnutsch family has always been helpful, kind, and ready to offer helpful advice and suggestions. We recommend this apartment to everyone!
