Make yourself at home in the comfortable and spacious apartments of the Residence Karntusch. The apartments are fully furnished and equipped with every conceivable amenity, thus representing the ideal place to spend your holidays.
Decorated and furnished in wood with loving care, the apartments offer a quiet atmosphere and the sunny balconies invite you to rest. All apartments are fully equipped with towels, bed linen, kitchen equipment, coffee machine, electric cooker, oven, etc. Some apartments feature a dishwasher too.
In addition there is a separate double room with en suite bathroom with shower, which can be rented together with each of the apartments.

Beautiful

Everything was very clean, the location was beautiful, and the staff were friendly. The apartment was comfortable and cozy. We'll definitely come back again; the entire Ultimo Valley is worth a visit, and immersing yourself in nature is fantastic.

How wonderful to feel at home in a dream valley!

We congratulate Monika and her family on the beautiful apartment where we spent our holiday in Val d'Ultimo. It was very welcoming, tastefully furnished, and equipped with every comfort. The residence is conveniently located just minutes from the lake and its many hiking trails. Excellent residence

We stayed for two weeks at the Karnutsch family's residence and were very satisfied. First of all, we were greeted with a friendly yet professional welcome. We immediately felt at ease. Then, we appreciated the comfort of the spacious and well-furnished apartment. Finally, we were very pleased with the cleanliness. The towels were changed promptly. Throughout our stay, the hosts were a constant yet discreet presence, never intrusive. We received exhaustive information about the various tourist attractions. Excellent "fresh bread" service. We will definitely be back.

A pleasant period of relaxation and fantastic walks

It was our first experience in the Ultimo Valley. We had a wonderful stay with the Karnutsch family, who were attentive to our every need. We felt right at home. The apartment was very comfortable, practical, and well-equipped. It's a great location, close to the bus stop and a well-stocked market; the speck was excellent! ;-) We've explored the valley extensively, offering walks suitable for families with children, as well as more challenging trails. We recommend a refreshing break at the various mountain huts, where you can enjoy typical local dishes and delicious strudels. Very positive experience and we hope to return soon. Uncontaminated nature

Beautiful valley, time stands still, ancient flavors, the simplest ones found at every mountain hut you come across, and after wonderful walks or hikes, you return to the Karnutsch house and find yourself welcomed as if you were part of their family. A beautiful apartment with every comfort, plus cleanliness, kindness, smiles, not to mention the willingness to accommodate and advise you on everything. We'll be back soon!
