The Residence Diana in Art Nouveau style, which was built around the turn of the century, offers you modern and spacious apartments in the villa district of Merano.
To mention is also the quiet and central location in a green area where you can relax. The house is only five minutes walk from the promenades and the center of Merano.
The apartments offer a living room with a high quality pull-out double sofa bed 1,80 x 2,00 m, 50" full HD digital SAT-TV, Wireless Fidelity (WiFi), a room safe, a cloakroom, a big food corner and a fully equipped kitchen with 4 ceramic hobs, a coffee machine, a fridge-freezer and a microwave oven with grill function. The residence features also a big bedroom with double bed 1,80 x 2,00 m and a big wardrobe is included.
The apartments also have a luxurious bathroom with a big shower, toilet, washbasin with storage and windows.
