Villa Bea

Villa Bea is located in Kuens, just a few minutes above Merano, with an open view over the valley, where the town unfolds below, framed by mountains. Sunny and quiet hillside location.
At the heart of the property is a spacious terraced garden with a solar-heated pool – open from spring to autumn, pleasantly warm during the summer months. Among fruit trees, Mediterranean plants and plenty of greenery, small outdoor spots invite you to slow down and stay.
At the top of the garden there is a fully equipped barbecue area, set apart with plenty of privacy – ideal for spending time together and letting the day wind down in peace.
Families are well catered for: a play area with swing, climbing wall, sandbox and trampoline offers space to move, play and explore.
Dogs are warmly welcome and may accompany their owners into the garden and pool area.
Villa Bea is intentionally a place of quiet. No crowds, no rush – and that is exactly what is appreciated here.
From Easter to All Saints’ Day, a guest bus stops just below the property. During this time, the Gasthof Ungerichthof, located directly opposite, is also open and serves warm meals throughout the day.
