Nice, pleasant and welcoming place

Beautiful property in the heart of the Aurina Valley. Large and welcoming apartment with everything you need for a pleasant stay. A well-kept garden with a view of the Aurino River. Equipped with sun loungers, chairs, tables, and children's games. Turf to walk on without shoes... Mrs. Sabine, very kind and smiling, met every need, including the prompt weekly change of linens. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the utensils you need. Plates, glasses, cups, cutlery, bowls, pots, and pans: everything you need to cook as if you were at home. Large, clean, and functional bathrooms. Near the property you will find newspapers, tobacconists and a market for daily shopping. Ahead is the road that will take you in every direction you go, to discover these wonderful places. Go people, go...

Family vacation

We found the residence very clean and well-equipped with high-quality cookware. We had a change of linens during our stay included in the price. The staff were very kind and accommodating to our requests: we were two families, a total of 10 people and 2 children, and we were able to eat together in the breakfast room. The only thing I can say is that I was disappointed to have to pay €15 per day for a small dog weighing less than 4 kg and who doesn't shed, while an extra bed cost €12. My overall opinion is definitely positive, and if I were to return to Cadipietra on holiday, I would definitely stay there again!

Impeccable apartment

What we immediately noticed was the impeccable cleanliness of the apartment: I don't think I've ever found a place so clean. The furnishings were very thoughtfully designed, and the kitchen had everything you could possibly need. The view from the (very spacious) balconies was breathtaking: snow-capped peaks and lush green mountains. Another plus is that the apartment is located in the center of the valley, so most trailheads are within 10-15 minutes. Highly recommended.

Perfect week!

We stayed in one of the Alpenresidence apartments, 3 adults and 2 children in the first week of July. The apartment was large, comfortable, welcoming and very clean. The three bedrooms and two bathrooms allowed us to be comfortable and in total ease. We had a great time! We had never been to the Aurina Valley, and it was a remarkable discovery!

An unforgettable holiday in Cadipietra

The Aurina Valley is enchanting. I stayed for 10 days alone with my two dogs in the smallest apartment, with a beautiful loggia balcony where I could work on my computer even in the rain. The apartment was fully equipped, very comfortable, and we lacked for nothing. I even cooked. I took advantage of the fresh bread delivery service every morning. On the day of departure, I enjoyed the small breakfast: for just 7 euros, I received an excellent cappuccino, two slices of cake, two mini croissants, fresh fruit, yogurt and jam, a jug of fruit juice and water. What more could you ask for? Sabine and her family are very kind, always available when needed and never intrusive. And even the dogs had a great time and were welcomed. The location is perfect, just steps from the supermarket, bank, tobacconist/newsstand, ski lifts, and buses, and, most importantly, surrounded by cycle paths and walking trails through greenery. We will definitely return in the fall or for skiing. Thank you so much.

Cleanliness and location

Very nice apartment, clean and equipped with all the kitchen equipment. Strategically located 200m from the Klausberg cable car, you can set off on foot for various excursions.
