Convenient and strategic location for hiking in the Aurina Valley. Very comfortable apartment, with a double balcony (our dog loved it too), a large bathroom, and excellent value.

Very satisfied

We returned to this property for the second year in a row, and we can confirm our very positive review. The apartments are equipped with everything you need, and are in an excellent location, very close to the Klausberg ski lift, where various trails depart, and just steps from the bus stop. The owner, Sabina, has always been very kind and helpful, available for any request. We are very happy to have had the opportunity to explore the Aurina Valley, which I fell in love with, and the Klausberg residence!

We liked it!

We stayed for a week as two families with children, and they put us in adjacent apartments. The apartments were as described, well-stocked and organized. The kitchen equipment (plates, cutlery, a spatula, ladles, and glasses) was a bit sparse, but we did find a microwave, a kettle, and a moka pot. We used the bikes provided; they come in all sizes, and helmets are also provided. The relaxation area with a hot tub and sauna is truly warm and welcoming. It's a shame the tub is a bit small, and it's a first-come, first-served basis! We also really enjoyed the common areas, including a playroom for the little ones, as well as a pool table, ping pong table, and foosball table for the older ones. There are plenty of tables and comfortable sofas, and even a TV area near the children's playroom. The only drawback is the lack of an elevator. The area is beautiful, and from Cadipietra you can easily reach beautiful and interesting destinations (waterfalls, mines, Vetta d'Italia, Klausberg with its dinosaurs and sledding). They provided us with the Holidaypass Card with various discounts. The cost of the cable car to go up to Klausberg seemed excessive to me... It is definitely a place we would love to return to and one I would recommend to friends.

Perfect!

We stayed for a week in July in one of the two-room apartments. The space was exactly as described, no unpleasant surprises! A large bathroom with a window, a fully equipped eat-in kitchen, a spacious bedroom with roomy closets, and two beautiful terraces. The wellness area is breathtaking. Brand new and very unique: go there! The location is perfect for exploring the Aurina Valley, both by car and public transport. They have a wonderful playground for children in the garden. There is no elevator, but they have ground-floor apartments for those with mobility issues. Only note: using the sofa bed in the kitchen could be very inconvenient because there's no room to leave it open. We had a travel cot in the bedroom, and it was perfect. With an older child, I'd ask for an extra room. How beautiful, I already want to go back!

It was a new and positive experience. The location and the entire valley are beautiful, and the attention to detail is focused on offerings for tourists who feel welcomed.

I think I’ll go back there

I wasn't familiar with these places, though I'd always received positive information from friends. My stay was delightful, and I promised myself I'd return to explore other areas I hadn't visited. The apartment solution proved to be the one best suited to our needs for freedom, movement, and independence from time constraints, allowing us to decide our daily excursion plans while still having a comfortable and well-equipped base for evening refreshments and to begin a new journey the next day with renewed energy.

Optimal

Excellent in every way: the welcome, hospitality, kindness, location... basically 10 out of 10. The valley is magnificent, incredibly charming. I've been coming here both summer and winter for 13 years. Both my children learned to ski in these mountains. I've almost always had a great time wherever I've stayed.
