Perfect for a family vacation

We stayed here with our extended family—children, siblings-in-law, grandchildren, and grandparents—for a weekend getaway. The accommodation was very satisfactory, with a B&B option but in comfortable and spacious apartments with kitchenettes, always useful when you have small children. The apartments are new and carefully furnished, in excellent condition. Breakfast is plentiful and includes everything you'd expect in South Tyrol, both sweet and savory. Free covered parking is available on the premises, but be aware that the access ramp is quite steep (especially in winter). The owners and staff are very kind, welcoming, and helpful. The Selva dei Molini area, like the valley, is charming, verdant, and abundant in water. In our opinion, it's particularly suited to a hiking holiday.

Excellent value for money

Excellent location, just 10 minutes from the amenities and "chaos" of Campo Tures but in a very quiet and beautiful setting. New, well-built structure; very clean, bright, and quiet spaces. The owners are very kind and helpful. Basement garage very convenient in case of rain and connected to the upper floors by elevator. The presence of a bar inside the structure (with excellent desserts and ice cream sundaes) as well as a play area for children is useful. The relaxation area (hot tub, sauna, Turkish bath, etc.) is included in the rental rate and is very clean and well-maintained. The apartments are well-equipped and include kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom linens (they replaced the towels after just three days); all that's missing is a tablecloth and potholders. I would just like to make two small notes: - the TV only has satellite and the only Italian channels are 4 RAI - the hob is electric (not induction but resistance) and heats very little, making it impossible to cook some dishes, in addition to the fact that two "burners" for four people are not enough. Anyway, excellent value for money, I recommend it!

Beautiful

This is our second year staying at this property. We've moved to a different apartment since last year, but both were well-furnished and perfectly livable for a family of three, new and well-maintained. The kitchen is fully equipped and new. The sauna, whirlpool, and relaxation room are definitely a plus. The covered garage and elevator are much appreciated. The owner is very kind and helpful.
