Residence Borgatalpina is located in Villaretto, in the heart of the Val Chisone valley, just a few minutes from Sestriere and the Vialattea ski resort. The property consists of three independent houses in an authentic alpine hamlet, designed for those seeking space, comfort and authenticity in every season.
The three houses — Casa Aura, Casa Lutz and Casa Ostal — have been tastefully furnished. Each accommodation has a private entrance, fully equipped kitchen, free Wi-Fi, bed linen included, free parking and self check-in. Pets welcome.
Casa Aura sleeps up to eight guests across three floors: panoramic terrace, wood-burning fireplace, pellet stove and two smartworking stations. Casa Lutz is the ideal retreat for couples or small groups of up to three people, with two balconies and valley views. Casa Ostal, on two floors with a private patio, is perfect for families of up to six people.
The three houses can be rented individually or together for groups of up to 16 guests.
In winter, the Vialattea slopes are just minutes away. In summer, the location is ideal for hiking, trekking and visiting the Forte di Fenestrelle. The Val Troncea and Orsiera-Rocciavrè natural parks are nearby.
