Residence La Zondra 

The La Zondra Apartments (which in the Ladin language means "the rhododendron") are located in the centre of Val di Fassa, in the village of Pera. Set in a quiet, sunny and panoramic position, all main services, shops and the starting points of many famous hiking and skiing routes of the valley are within immediate proximity. The area is now part of a UNESCO Natural World Heritage Site.
The property consists of 5 apartments divided into three types: one-bedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom apartments.
Each apartment features a living room with a double sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchenette, including a fridge with freezer compartment, hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, cookware and tableware. Each apartment is equipped with an access point providing a stable and fast Wi-Fi connection, as well as a television with satellite reception.
Additional facilities include a large free private car park directly in front of the property, a fenced children’s playground with swing, playhouse, chairs, tables and sun loungers, a barbecue area and a large wooden gazebo, a ski storage room with heated boot lockers, a bicycle storage area, a washing machine and a tumble dryer. Camping-style cots are provided free of charge. Pets up to medium size are welcome, provided they are well behaved and clean.
