Weekend in December

My partner and I stayed for a couple of days with our dog. Mr. Adriano was very welcoming, the apartment was excellent, and the location was excellent: the shops of Pozza di Fassa are just a short walk away thanks to the bike path. It's also convenient to reach by car for various excursions. We'll be back!

Exceptional

We stayed for a week between July and August with a toddler and a small dog. The apartment was excellent, both in terms of its location, close to all amenities and children's playgrounds, and its location within the apartment itself, complete with everything you need to start your vacation as soon as you arrive. It also includes a garden area with tables and a barbecue, a wide selection of bicycles available for use, and private parking. The owner, Mr. Adriano, is very helpful and friendly. What can I say, I felt right at home.

Everything perfect

I spent two winters at this property with my family, and we had two wonderful New Year's Eves, thanks in part to the Ricci family's hospitality and extreme kindness. I hope to return soon.

Great experience

Beautiful property, excellent location in the center of the valley. The owner is completely available. Well-furnished apartment, with bright and very clean rooms, a basic but functional bathroom, and a spacious and well-equipped kitchen. Parking is available in the internal courtyard, and a bus stop serving the entire valley, a supermarket, and a pizzeria are just a few meters away.

A week in the mountains

Just returned from a pleasant holiday in September. The apartment was comfortable and clean, perfect for the two of us. The kitchen was well-equipped, but salt, pepper, and oil were not provided. There were no problems with staying with our dog.

The first time in Val di Fassa

We spent our August vacation in Val di Fassa for the first time. The location is stunning, and the hiking trails give a sense of complete freedom, even if a bit crowded at this time of year. It was a truly positive experience, and one we'll definitely consider for next year. The two-bedroom attic apartment was very comfortable for my family (there are five of us) thanks to its three bathrooms, and the cleanliness and amenities were excellent.

Wonderful place!

We're regulars in Trentino, but we'd never been to Val di Fassa. It's a wonderful valley, just waiting to be photographed. Special thanks to the owner, who welcomed us into his office and suggested all the possible excursions starting from the apartment or with short car trips. He's a true expert, and you can tell he loves the area he lives in. There's also a bus (free with their passes), but we preferred to travel by car. The property is well-maintained, clean, comfortable, in short, I have nothing special to report.

Excellent accommodation

We stayed in the top-floor apartment in September. The furnishings are thoughtfully crafted and give the house a mountain feel. The sofa bed with a real mattress (not the usual foam mattress) is very comfortable. It's just steps from the chairlift, a small supermarket, and the town center. The location is also very convenient for the less young. A cycle/pedestrian path just 30 meters away runs alongside the river, allowing for peaceful walks with no steep climbs and beautiful mountain views. Thanks to the owners for their warm welcome. And congratulations on the beautiful flowers around the house!

Great holiday

The owners were very kind and helpful. They gave us information about walks and trails, and we saw some beautiful places and stunning views! They even delighted us with a strudel specially made for us for breakfast! The apartment is very cute, clean, and has everything you need! Great holiday!

Great holiday

Two adult couples, along with their dogs, stayed in an apartment at Residence la Roggia in Pozza di Fassa. The two-bedroom, ensuite apartment was extremely comfortable and well-appointed. The bathrooms were like new, and the living room with a well-equipped kitchenette was very spacious. Excellent value. Thanks to the Ricci family. We'll be back.

Second time in the magical Christmas

Christmas spent in the beautiful Fassa Valley will always be a fond memory... Perfectly groomed ski slopes, fun for my children in the snow, and beautiful walks. The valley's magical villages, decorated with a few Christmas market stalls, make the atmosphere even more wintery! I thank Mr. Ricci for the warm welcome in his family-run establishment. This time we booked the entire floor all to ourselves with two adjacent apartments, certainly a very comfortable solution for a large family (even the grandparents came with us). The house's location is certainly convenient for changing ski areas, and the apartments are charming, tidy, and clean. We hope to see you again next year! Holiday apartment

This was our third time in Val di Fassa, but our first time renting an apartment. It was definitely a positive experience, as the house is spacious enough for a family with three children to stay comfortably. The bedrooms are furnished in classic mountain style, and the beds are very comfortable. In the kitchen, we appreciated the large refrigerator and the fairly quiet dishwasher. The apartment doesn't have a washing machine, but there is a laundry room on the ground floor. The house requires very careful waste separation, with bins located outside the apartment.

Convenient for large families

We had a wonderful week, having been blessed with stable weather and sunny days. The house is located very close to the starting point of some of the most beautiful mountain hikes I've ever done, and it's right next to the bike path. The three-bathroom apartment is very comfortable for a large family. They provided a high chair and a travel cot free of charge for our little one. There are bicycles available, including one with a front seat, which we use practically every afternoon. The family who runs the property is very kind and considerate, and doesn't impose too many rules.
