I spent three and a half days at this property and had a wonderful experience, from the information I received before booking to the warm welcome I received from Valentina, both for me and my dog. The apartment was perfect, equipped with everything you could need for a stay away from home. I will definitely be back.

Perfect!

A simple, comfortable accommodation equipped with everything you need. A strategic location for both local excursions and a simple stroll along the river. Quiet and peaceful, perfect and appreciated even by our dogs, who were well looked after (beds, blankets, bowls, toys). The welcome was attentive and friendly. We will definitely be back!

Everything is wonderful

We stayed at this residence with the whole family, including our dog (who was definitely welcomed). The location is fantastic, with breathtaking views and a huge garden, right near the bike path and the town center. The apartment is extremely comfortable and welcoming, and Cristina is incredibly kind and helpful. It's the perfect place for a mountain vacation; in fact, we've already booked for this year too.

Great Residence Cristina

I spent a week in January with the family in Residence Cristina in the Genzianella apartment. Very clean, sunny and warm apartment, bedroom equipped with bed linen and towels, great bathroom with bath tub and washing machine, nice spacious and fully equipped-like-home kitchen and living area. Sofa bed in living room is comfortable. Nice sunny balcony, oriented twd south-west. Heated and secured ski room in the building. The residence is in great position, close to main road but situated in quiet area. Also close to both Pera and Pozza di Fassa. Large private parking area and huge garden. Great pizzeria just across the street. Great position for walks, for skiing and exploring area. Mrs Cristina is very nice and welcoming.

Fabulous place

We've been thinking about coming to this residence for years, and it far exceeded our expectations. The apartment is comfortable and functional, with all the amenities you'd expect from home. The huge park is right outside, with views of the Dolomites. A bike path runs right in front of the house, allowing you to reach any destination in the valley (bikes are available for guests). A five-minute walk takes you to the center of Pozza, where you'll find all the necessary shops. Pets are welcome, welcomed, and pampered, and can make new friends. Cristina and her daughter Valentina are two special people; we hope we'll have another opportunity to return.

Optimal

We just returned from a wonderful stay at Residence Cristina. The apartment fully met our expectations: new, well-designed, impeccably clean, and equipped with a top-brand washing machine, dishwasher, vacuum cleaner, iron, and more. The terrace was incredibly comfortable, allowing our big dogs to nap in the shade. I really appreciated the bright living spaces and the excellent soundproofing. Guests at the residence have access to a huge, well-maintained garden where they can read and relax, while the children (we have two, aged 7 and 5) can play safely without disturbing other guests, given the large garden. And what about the owner? Cristina is kind, discreet, and always available. Just steps from the residence, there are plenty of grocery stores and specialty shops (our favorite), a pizzeria, and a deli. Passing behind the private park, you can reach the playgrounds for children of all ages, as well as the center of Pozza, in just a few minutes (we even walked along the river late at night to enjoy the starry sky and see the ducks, which my daughter loved so much). From the residence, you can easily reach many trails, suitable even for beginners, as well as the wonderful other valleys in the area. What more can I say? Oh yes... while we were saying goodbye to Mrs. Cristina, we were already booking the apartment for the winter holidays; it's impossible not to want to return...

Guest centricity.

The property is definitely geared towards making guests feel at home. It's comfortable. The apartments are bright, clean, and well-equipped. Cristina has a genuine sense of hospitality. Recommended.

Excellent Stella Alpina apartment

I spent a week with my family at this residence in the Stella Alpina apartment. The apartment is clean, welcoming, warm, and equipped with every comfort. The view of the Aloch slope and the Buffaure area is spectacular. The owner is kind, helpful, and discreet. I recommend it for anyone looking for a quiet environment.

Welcoming residence

My family and I stayed for four days in this welcoming residence over the Immaculate Conception long weekend. The apartment was clean, welcoming, and equipped with every comfort. Residence Cristina, fantastic

We've been coming to this property for many years. Besides our friendship with Cristina, the apartments are beautiful, spacious, spotlessly clean, and fully equipped with all the best appliances, bed linens, and towels. Not to mention the huge private park, equipped with tables, barbecues, gazebos, bicycles, and more. I'd say it's the ideal place for those with children, and I'd also like to emphasize the silence and tranquility that reigns, especially at night. The Residence is located in an ideal position in the Val di Fassa, for those like us who love hiking throughout the valley. The first year we tried the hotel, but for those of us who are used to wandering around all day, the best solution is the residence (it happens that you eat in refuges and, returning late in the afternoon, partly due to tiredness, going to dinner became a burden; not to mention that on bad weather days being locked in the room can be claustrophobic). Another positive thing for us is that we can leave with just a few things, throw everything in the washing machine, and in the morning everything is dry. We often came with friends and family; it was wonderful to spend the evenings together in the living room, having a quick dinner, chatting, and playing cards in complete freedom. And if we don't feel like making pasta or soup, there are plenty of places right outside. What can I say... we've been coming here for over 10 years because it's so wonderful. Highly recommended. Simply wonderful! We would recommend it to everyone.

For three years now, we have been spending our holidays at Residence Cristina in Val di Fassa. The location is wonderful, on the edge of the forest but only a five-minute walk from the center of Pozza, with a fantastic equipped park. Located in the center of the valley, the location is truly unique: on foot with a comfortable and beautiful walk through the woods (or with the bicycles made available free of charge to guests) you can easily reach Campitello and Canazei. The apartments are comfortable and spacious (there are five of us plus a dog), equipped with every comfort and very clean. The owner is very kind and always available. She's become a friend to us! Highly recommended!

Beautiful residence

My wife, I, and our cocker spaniel, Oliver, stayed in Val di Fassa as guests of the Cristina residence from 27/08/2016 to 4/09/2016. We spent 10 delightful days in a residence that offers everything you could wish for: a central location in the valley with easy access to the most beautiful places by car, a fabulous outdoor setting with a huge furnished garden just meters from the Avisio River, a five-minute walk to the village of Pozza, and a spotlessly clean and very comfortable apartment with everything you need and more. We also greatly appreciated Cristina's warm, friendly, and helpful attitude, which truly made us feel at home.
