Very clean, staff very friendly, breakfast very good

We were in two groups of 16 people each at the hotel. One group stayed for three days, the second group for four days. It was very clean and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was excellent. It offered everything you would expect in a hotel, and items were promptly replenished whenever they ran out. The ski room is modernly furnished. We felt very comfortable. Drinks were also available at the bar in the evenings, not until late, but perfectly adequate. You can also relax and enjoy yourself in the lounge in the evenings. The fact that the hotel's covered parking spaces cost extra is, in my opinion, perfectly reasonable. Those who don't want to pay can use a free public parking lot just 100 meters away. For the Dolomites, this hotel offers excellent value for money.

Would recommend - 5 star

The couple that owns and runs this B&B was so helpful and accommodating. They were not full at the time of our visit and they upgraded our room without even asking or charging extra. He is a chef and the breakfast is fabulous. Parking is accessible with some options available. If we ever get to travel there again, we will stay there.

Family vacation August 2025

I highly recommend this property. The staff is excellent and the rooms are very nice. The breakfast is excellent, with a wide selection of both sweet and savory options. The location is ideal for walks and much more.

Immersed in a magical world

We stayed at the Hotel Villa Adria and, from the first moment, we felt immersed in a magical world. The attention to detail is evident everywhere: from the impeccable cleanliness to the tidy and welcoming spaces, to the breakfast, where every dish is lovingly presented. A truly special touch? The names of the dishes pyrography-printed on little wooden hearts—a small gesture that makes a big difference. Wood takes center stage: a large, dramatic branch suspended from the ceiling, bathed in soft lighting, creates a dreamlike atmosphere. All around, wooden objects, family photos, Thun angels, gnomes, and elves meticulously carved, make every corner warm, magical, and fairytale-like—as if entering another world. And what about the room number signs, designed like mountain trail markers? An original idea, perfectly in tune with the spirit of the place. We also really appreciated the guest area: washing machines, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, TV area, and table football. Everything was designed to offer comfort and moments of complete relaxation. Unfortunately we didn't have time to try the spa... but it will be a great excuse to come back! A special thanks to the hosts: kind, attentive, and thoughtful in every detail. It's rare to find such an authentic and heartfelt welcome.

Welcome and availability

The owners' courtesy and professionalism, their willingness to welcome guests and offer advice and information, and their generous and varied breakfast. The rooms and bathrooms are impeccably clean. The rooms are welcoming and equipped with every comfort.

Truly a surprise

I stayed at Villa Adria because some friends and I were stuck in Canazei due to bad weather. The snow and wind had closed both the ski lifts and the mountain passes. It was one of the few nearby with three rooms at a good price. When we arrived, the owner understood the situation and gave us slippers (we were wearing ski gear) and arranged for dinner on site, even though it's a B&B. To our surprise, we discovered a truly warm and welcoming place in mountain style. The rooms were very clean and well-furnished, albeit very simple, and there was a fantastic, brand-new ski room complete with a table and tools for storing skis. All this just a few minutes' walk from the Ciampac and Col dei Rossi ski lifts. The real highlight is the breakfast, with a wide selection and homemade desserts made by the owners. I will definitely be back.

Once you’ve been here, you don’t need to look elsewhere in the future.

More than a hotel stay, you're staying with a family; the welcome, helpfulness, and courtesy are very warm, discreet but not intrusive. The property is delightful, very pretty, and immaculately clean. Breakfast exceeded expectations, meticulously prepared, with a superb variety of choices... everything was delicious. The rooms are equipped with a television, hairdryer, shower gel, and a kettle for hot water for tea or herbal tea. Free parking is available just a short distance away. There's a small spa, a real gem not to be missed, and it's also immaculately clean! The free ski and boot storage is very well organized, heated, and has a ventilated boot rack: at the risk of being boring, it's immaculately clean! Then there's the affordability: very affordable (very affordable), without compromising the excellent quality we found. Furthermore, the wonderful choice to offer additional paid services (at a low cost, by the way) means that those who don't need them don't have to pay for them, as they're included in the price of their stay. In addition to the spa, there's covered parking, a washing machine and dryer, a changing room with shower, and lockers for changing clothes. On the day of departure, guests must vacate their rooms by 10:00 a.m. If they're staying for a last day in the mountains, they can use the changing room, complete with everything they need, before their final departure: shower gel, shower, towel, hairdryer...fantastic! In a word...highly recommended!

I’ve been coming to this place since 1975

You simply feel welcomed, you feel at home, and you forget all the worries of city life. The rooms are comfortable and spotlessly clean. Breakfast is generous, and I especially enjoyed the delicious homemade cakes. I've been coming here since 1975, there must be a reason.

A cuddle

We booked on Friday for the following Tuesday. It was quite difficult to find a hotel that would accommodate you on any day of the week and not from Saturday to Saturday! The only hotel that says yes is Villa Adria. Even though it only offers breakfast, it's still fine. So, okay, let's pack our bags and leave on Tuesday. Upon arrival, I see a charming little house with red shutters and embossed hearts, and everything inside is meticulously maintained: a reasonably spacious room, very pretty and recently renovated, a spa with a Finnish sauna, Turkish bath, and bio-sauna—perhaps a little small but sufficient for an hour of total relaxation—a large breakfast room, free parking just steps from the hotel, and a small terrace furnished with tables, chairs, and loungers to enjoy the mountain range, which reveals its full beauty at sunset, turning pink. I must add that breakfast is the icing on the cake. In addition to traditional savory and sweet foods, there's a corner with organic products and homemade yogurt, a corner with detox drinks, and plenty of gluten-free options, all kept at a safe distance from others to avoid cross-contamination. Great attention is paid to nutrition for all needs. The location is 2 km from Canazei, far enough from the city traffic, yet close to a large town center that's easily accessible on foot. The area is quiet and peaceful. In short, everything is ok. Fully satisfied!

Top hospitality

Gaia and her family welcomed us right into their home, always available for any clarifications and/or changes. We were pleasantly surprised that they cater to celiacs like my daughter, and they even offer delicious homemade gluten-free cakes! The rooms are clean, spacious, and have a view of the surrounding mountains! We had a truly wonderful stay and will definitely be back!

Pleasant stay with enchanting view

It's a pleasure to return to the same hotel after years. Despite the anti-Covid regulations (which were strictly adhered to), breakfast was plentiful. The buffet was open and in compliance with anti-Covid regulations, with individual portions whenever possible and a wide selection from the kitchen. Ample parking is available near the hotel. The view from the bedroom is spectacular. The owners are friendly and attentive. We'll definitely be back.
