The Residence Villa Artic is located in a quiet area within walking distance from the center of Campitello di Fassa and is only 800 meters from the Col Rodella cable car, departure for the famous Sella Ronda and fantastic summer walks and hikes on foot or mountain bike.
The apartments with 2 to 6 beds are equipped with all amenities: satellite TV with over 400 channels, safe, telephone, wireless internet access, DVD player, hairdryer, laundry, ski room with boot heater and garage. The beds have goose duvets and memory foam matresses and pillows. The kitchen is well equipped with kitchenware, kettle, dishwasher fridge with freeser, oven and glass ceramic hobs, salt, pepper, oil, vinegar and washing liquid. In the Suites there is a professional microwave too. At Villa Artic you will find an accommodation for your holiday in Val di Fassa in tranquility and relaxation.
Of course, great attention is paid to high standard quality: therefore, the owners have chosen only the best materials for great comfort and design contributing to an even more relaxing stay in the Residence.
At the guests’ disposal there is also a small SPA, a cosy and relaxing ambience where to recover the well-being. In the SPA you will find a sauna, which can be set as biosauna or Finnish sauna, relaxation area with high quality couches, a romantic corner with colour therapy, local infusions which are changed everyday, two big showers with colour therapy and waterfall and rain effects. For those who want to enjoy the wellness area, they will receive towels and bathrobe.

Perfect holiday

The apartment is very nice, well-equipped, with a romantic wellness, near to the ski bus, great location overall. The owner Rosmarie is very kind and helpful, we were there already 3rd time and looking forward for next year.

Splendid winter holidays

We spent again (5th time) marvellous winter holidays in Villa Artic. There was plenty of snow. Ski bus is just at the door. House lady was extremely kind and helpful as always. A bottle of wine expected us at arrival and as usual she prepared tasteful apfelstrudel.

Winter holiday (end of January 2015)

The apartment is relatively new. It's clean, big enough and well equipped (kitchen machines are modern). Peaceful and cosy: I was afraid about the heating, but it was very well planned - warm enough. Internet speed and reliability: good. The distance to the centre of the village is manageable on foot, for reaching the "Funivia" (cablecar) there is a bus station (No. 2) right in front of the residence. And the farewell grappa is excellent.

Winter holidays at Residence Villa Artic

We spent our winter holidays three times in this nice residence, with extended families - six adults and five grandsons. Everything was excellent, apartments were well equipped, a bottle of vine waited us as a welcome gift. House lady was excellent and surprised us with an excellent strudel in the evening.

Very good location, ski bus infront of house, short walking distance to the center of the village. Very clean, good equipment in appartment. Free garage for your car and ski room for ski equipment. Recommended.
