Highly recommended

We had a wonderful week's vacation. The apartment was spotless, with new and complete furnishings and accessories. It was also very spacious and comfortable. The location is perfect: quiet yet easily accessible by car or on foot. It's a perfect base for the countless excursions the magnificent Fassa Valley has to offer. Samuel was very welcoming and discreet, never intrusive and always available when we needed him. We will definitely return as soon as we have the chance.

Perfect holiday

The apartment is very nice, well-equipped, with a romantic wellness, near to the ski bus, great location overall. The owner Rosmarie is very kind and helpful, we were there already 3rd time and looking forward for next year.

A wonderful mini-vacation

When the very kind Rosemarie opened the door to the apartment, we were immediately transported to a sense of well-being. Beautiful furnishings, lovely colors, and a wonderful chromotherapy experience, both in the shower and throughout the apartment. Extremely clean, and everything we needed for a relaxing stay. A 10-minute walk takes you to the center of Campitello. The hostess was kind and helpful, even after we returned for other needs. Top experience.

Mountain holidays

We're a married couple who enjoy going to the mountains in the summer for long hikes. Our stay was pleasant and exceeded our expectations. Our apartment was equipped with everything we needed and offered privacy, but the owners are always available. We'll be back soon.

Excellent property in an exceptional location

The apartment is well-designed, modern, and welcoming, equipped with every comfort, with attention to detail typical of the area, and above all, spotlessly clean. Hospitality, kindness and extreme availability from the owner. It's also great that our four-legged friends are welcome. This was our first stay at this residence, but since Val di Fassa is our favorite tourist destination, we will definitely return to this beautiful property.

Wonderful holiday

I spent a wonderful week in Campitello di Fassa with my family and dog, staying at the Residence Villa Artic. The apartment we chose (Catinaccio Suite) met our expectations: extremely clean, meticulously maintained, and equipped with all the amenities described. The view of the valley from the balcony is breathtaking. Mrs. Kafmann welcomed us warmly and even spoiled us with a taste of her delicious apple strudel. I conclude with an overall positive review of this property, and I hope to return again.

Pleasant relaxation

Delightful apartment located in a building with an excellent location for walking to the center of Campitello and other attractions. It offers free outdoor parking and paid indoor parking. The apartment has been renovated with a good selection of furnishings and materials, and comfortable beds for a good night's sleep. The quiet location and friendly, helpful owner ensure a pleasant stay.

Summer vacation in the mountains

My son and I stayed at one of the Villa Artic apartments in August 2019. It was beautiful! The rooms are new and very clean. The area is quiet yet convenient to amenities, even without a car. You're right across the street from the bike path (priceless). Mrs. Maria is extremely kind and available for everything we needed. We rented bikes from the property, with the convenience of having them right on our doorstep. Campitello offers many recreational activities, even for a sixteen-year-old. Congratulations again! I highly recommend this place and would love to return.

We love this place

We've been coming back for three years now and we love this place: the apartments are comfortable, equipped with every comfort (from Wi-Fi to a dishwasher), clean, well-maintained, and the owners are truly kind and friendly. For those who want, there is now also a spa area available, but I haven't had the chance to use it.

Beautiful!

We booked for just one night, but if we'd known, we would have stayed longer! We stayed in the Pordoi suite apartment... Beautiful, spacious, and clean! The owner is incredibly kind... we'll definitely be back! Excellent value!

Cleanliness and comfort

It was a perfect week in every way! Gorgeous weather, beautiful snow, and above all, a comfortable and spotlessly clean apartment. We stayed in the Catinaccio suite. The house is very comfortable, with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a beautiful kitchen equipped with every amenity, from a regular oven and microwave to a dishwasher. Another great feature is the convenient ski shuttle right in front of the door, which runs every 5-10 minutes. Overall, everything was perfect! Thank you, Mrs. Rosmarie.
