You will find the Residence in the middle of green meadows, situated in the immediate surroundings of the ski lifts. Hospitality and friendliness

We had a wonderful time, the apartment was equipped with every comfort, a double bedroom with two bathrooms, clean, mattresses that we slept on wonderfully, and a midweek linen change. Mr. Filippo's friendliness and hospitality made us feel at home. The availability of bicycles was also great for us, and we were very pleased. Thank you, and we hope to see you again soon. I highly recommend Villa Avisio!

Perfect structure!

The residence is strategically located, away from traffic, yet very close and within walking distance of all Canazei's amenities: ski lifts, swimming pool, bars, restaurants, and supermarkets. The apartment's layout and amenities exceeded our expectations! The real highlight is the room service, with fresh bread and pastries left outside our door in the morning.

I stayed the week of June 27th to July 4th in a two-story three-room apartment with three bathrooms, three balconies, and a large terrace. Breathtaking view of Sasso Pordoi.

The vacation I was looking for

The residence is strategically located, with all amenities close by, yet convenient and quiet parking. The ski lifts are also within walking distance. The apartment is comfortable and functional, with a terrace offering breathtaking views. The owner's hospitality and support are always kind and discreet. The free bikes are the icing on the cake for those traveling with children. I hope to find a place next year!

My Christmas Vacation

Stunning location, close to the town center, a lovely park, facilities for children and skiers, starting points for hiking and more. The owners of the residence are truly kind, helpful and friendly. The area is quiet and well-served with parking, making it a good choice for the summer, where we hope to be able to stay again.
