The Thermal Baths were founded in the late 1800s. In 1870 the facility was bought by Giosuè from the Rasmo family.
In early 1900 to the thermal structure, which was offering baths in sulfomagnesiac water and hay baths, 6 rooms were added and a restaurant with panoramic veranda.
The Austro-Hungarian Empire promoted thermal treatments with considerable incentives. The senior officials of the Empire had the right to spend a month in thermal structures to heal their bodies… that were the guarantee of efficiency of the Empire’s government.
2 world wars stopped the thermal and hospitality activity.
After World War 2 the Thermal Baths were dismantled and the building was transformed in a holiday hotel.
The pharmacopoeia and chemistry were chosen as method of treatment and as a result the natural cures were abandoned and the large network of spa hotels in the Alps almost fell.
From 1960 to 2000 the facility has been continuously renovated to make it more and more comfortable.
In 2005 "Bagni & Miramonti" after a total demolition of the interior spaces, turns in a residence, meeting a new market, which appreciates and visits with satisfaction this accommodation facility.
