The Residence Palmai is ideal for families, hikers and mountain bike lovers and located at a stone’s throw from the centre. At the same time it is also in a quiet position, surrounded by green meadows and a beautiful view on the Dolomites.
Directly in front of the house there are a lot of paths for long relaxing walks. In the winter the ski slopes and the cross-country ski runs are in the immediate vicinity.
All the spacious apartments are very comfortably and modernly furnished with many windows in all directions, in order to have bright rooms. The apartments feature a kitchen with dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave oven, electric cooker, toaster and electric kettle. Furthermore there are a washing machine and a dryer, LCD Smart TV Sat-TV, WiFi Lan, safe, a pull-out sofa bed as a supplementary bed. All the bathrooms are with shower, WC, bidet, hairdryer and make-up mirror.
The apartments are adapted to the needs of the disabled and the house has an internal stairwell as well as an elevator. The internal doors have an individual key card and a separate bell and all the apartments are with balcony or garden. All the rooms are equipped with an independent heating system so that the temperature can be adapted to the needs of every guest. The shutters of every room can also be adjusted by guests themselves.
