Located just a few minutes outside the charming village of Stange in the Ratschingstal valley, the property combines a მშვიდ and peaceful setting with convenient transport connections.
The residence offers comfortable holiday apartments with B&B service, designed to ensure both comfort and independence during your stay. Guests can choose from 10 apartments accommodating 2 to 4 people, as well as a larger apartment for up to 6 guests – ideal for families or small groups.
The surrounding landscape is captivating in every season: colourful flower meadows, wide valleys, clear mountain streams and impressive glaciers create a truly unique natural setting. Here, traditional farming customs are still alive and deeply rooted, making the Ratschingstal one of the most authentic regions in South Tyrol. Numerous walking trails and alpine routes run through the surrounding mountains.
In winter, guests can enjoy exciting days at the nearby Ratschings-Jaufen ski area. Those who prefer a more urban atmosphere can easily reach the charming town of Sterzing within a short time.
Just a few steps from the residence, you will find welcoming restaurants where you can enjoy typical South Tyrolean specialities as well as international cuisine.
For added convenience, the residence provides a spacious car park directly in front of the house, as well as a heated ski storage room.
