Winter presentation photo Residence Chalet del Sole
The Chalet del Sole is located in the sunniest and quietest area of Livigno, near the navigable lake and the only one left for char fishing. Behind the house there are the Stelvio and Swiss National Parks. Marmots, deer, chamois and ibex are by now at home. The cycle path and the main hiking trails are just a few dozen metres away. The house is surrounded by meadows and spectacular views of the valley and mountains of Livigno and is only 700 meters from the center. The stop of the free bus/shuttle bus is under the house. The chalet consists of several apartments of different types: studios and larger apartments, which can accommodate up to 7/8 people. Suitable for private individuals but also groups in self-management (50/60 people): in fact there are multifunctional common rooms and a common kitchen and services such as the SPA with sauna and whirlpool, ski room with automatic drying system, games room for children aged 3-8 years, WiFi coverage throughout the house, reception and small bar inside, volleyball and soccer field in front of the house.
