The restaurant Trotzstube has been owned and run by the Fill family since 1991.
Home-made dishes and a warm and cordial hospitality were and still are the trademark of this restaurant.
Enjoy natural and wholesome creations from the kitchen of the Trotzstube restaurant. The chefs are well-versed in the art of culinary delights. The rich diversity of the menu will surprise you. Filled with regional and Mediterranean dishes, there is something to tempt even gourmets.

An experience to be repeated

I stayed for a week at the Hotel Arvina, where the Trotzstube restaurant is also located. Fantastic hotel. New structure with lots of wood, tastefully designed down to the smallest details. Very welcoming atmosphere. Very kind and helpful owners and staff. The high-end restaurant, cuisine that combines regional specialties with refinement. It was very nice that with half board you could choose the dishes and they didn't "impose" a menu of the day. Excellent price/quality ratio. I would like to return because I think it is difficult to find better despite the vast offer of facilities in that region.

Christmas dinner

We've dined at Trotz on December 25th several times, with family, friends, and company. The service and quality are always excellent. The staff is discreet and friendly. Furthermore, having been customers of this restaurant for many years, we had the opportunity to frequent it even before it was the splendid hotel it is now. But the service and especially the menu have always been top-notch! The quality/price ratio is good considering that the wines raise the final price of the dinner a little, but they are of good quality. We will definitely be back.
