Our kitchen brigade love to use locally grown natural ingredients to create original recipes. Every day, you can choose from three different menus and pamper your palate with South Tyrolean specialities, Ladin dishes and Mediterranean classics, all accompanied with vegetables from the buffet.

We also offer vegan and vegetarian options, as well as alternatives for guests with food intolerances – a selection of products at breakfast, and a dedicated menu at dinner.

To round off the experience, you can choose the perfect wine accompaniment from a list of 200 wines.
