We visited this restaurant for the first time in the summer of 2019, recommended by a friend who has been a loyal customer for years. We returned in January and June 2020. The restaurant is decorated in a traditional Tyrolean style, warm and welcoming. It also has a lovely veranda and a lawn area where you can enjoy the dishes that are both beautiful to look at and delicious to eat! Attentive and friendly service and excellent value complete the picture.

Siamo stati la prima volta in questo locale nell’estate 2019 su consiglio di un amica affezionata cliente da anni. Siamo tornati a gennaio e a giugno 2020: il ristorante è arredato nel tipico stile tirolese, caldo ed accogliente, inoltre dispone di una bella veranda e di uno spazio sul prato dove gustare i piatti belli da vedere e ottimi da mangiare! Completa il tutto un servizio attento e gentile ed un ottimo rapporto prezzo qualità.

Excellent food served with above-average efficiency and courtesy, a very pleasant place with friendly service. One of the best in Alta Pusteria, where I've been frequenting summer and winter for years. Definitely worth a try!

Cibi di ottima qualità serviti con efficienza e cortesia ben superiori alla media, un locale molto piacevole con un servizio carico di simpatia. Uno dei migliori dell’Alta Pusteria che frequento estate e inverno da anni. Da provare assolutamente!

This year, on vacation in February 2018, during Carnival time, I returned to this beautiful Tyrolean-style restaurant for lunch. I had a wonderful time: the waiters were extremely kind and professional, and the food was excellent—truly prepared with care and plentiful. The house menu was also excellent. Prices were reasonable. I highly recommend it, and I will. I'll definitely be back.

Quest’anno in vacanza a febbraio 2018, periodo di carnevale, sono ritornato a pranzare in questo ristorante - bellissimo in stile tirolese. Mi sono trovato benissimo: camerieri gentilissimi e di grande professionalità, cibo ottimo - veramente preparato con cura e abbondante. Ottimo anche il menu della casa. Prezzi nella norma. Da consigliare e lo farò. Ci ritornerò sicuramente.

We vacationed in Sesto in July 2017 and ate at this restaurant four nights a week. I can assure you, it's truly fantastic in every way. One room is typically Tyrolean, with lots of wood and chandeliers, while the other is more modern but still beautiful. The waiters and hostess are extremely kind and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. The food is excellent and plentiful, the prices are reasonable, and the daily menu is definitely worth a try (generous and reasonably priced given the quality of the food). This is a must-try if you're in the area.

Siamo stati in vacanza a Sesto a Luglio 2017 e siamo andati per ben 4 sere a mangiare in questo ristorante che vi assicuro e’ veramente fantastico sotto tutti i punti di vista. Una sala tipica tirolese con tante legno e lampadari e l’altra più moderna ma sempre bella. I camerieri e la signora sono gentilissimi e fanno di tutto per farti sentire a tuo agio. Ottimi e abbondanti i piatti, prezzi non eccessivi e da provare il menu del giorno (abbondante ed economico vista la qualità del cibo proposto). Locale da provare se siete in zona.

I was on vacation in Sesto in an apartment. On my last night, I went to the "La Lanterna Verde" restaurant: the place is beautiful, the staff fantastic, and the dinner exceptional. I will definitely be back.
