The welcome and cleanliness were excellent, and the service was excellent. Two unforgettable events, top-quality products, and we appreciated the true local produce. The polenta and Brossa were amazing, although everything else was delicious. We'll definitely be back. It's one of the top three restaurants in La Thuile, and we recommend the fillets to our readers—a true spectacle.

Accoglienza e pulizia ok, servizio ottimo. 2 appuntamenti indimenticabili, qualità dei prodotti al top, si è apprezzato il vero Km0, pazzesca la polenta e Brossa, anche se tutto è buono. Ci torneremo assolutamente, a La Thuile fa parte dei 3 migliori ristoranti e ai vari lettori consigliamo i filetti, uno spettacolo.

The lady in the kitchen prepared many gluten-free dishes for me (she pays great attention to this aspect) with fresh, authentic ingredients and unique personal touches. I'll name a few: cappelletti with berry sauce and "les granges" venison; incredibly fragrant risottos, perfectly cooked pork shank, excellent white wine carbonara—everything was meticulously prepared and made to order. Even the chips, so common, were perfect here. I must say that even my husband, who isn't celiac, was very satisfied and enjoyed everything, including the non-celiac desserts. This restaurant has only one flaw: you risk overindulging in too much at the expense of your ideal weight! Thanks to the website for the tip.

Celiaca felicissima
La signora che cucina mi ha fatto moltissimi piatti in versione senza glutine (grande attenzione a questo aspetto) con ingredienti freschi e genuini e con tocchi personali particolari. Ne cito alcuni: cappelletti con sugo ai frutti di bosco e cervo "les granges"; risotti profumatissimi, stinco con cottura perfetta, carbonara al vino bianco ottima, tutto eseguito in modo curato e fatto al momento, anche le patate fritte, così comuni, qui erano perfette. Devo dire che anche mio marito, non celiaco, era soddisfattissimo e ha gradito tutto, compreso i dolci per non celiaci. Un ristorante che ha un solo difetto: si rischia di mangiare con troppo gusto a scapito del peso forma! Ringrazio il sito che mi ha fornito l’indicazione.
