Our rich restaurant menu offers tempting specialties from the gastronomic tradition of Valle d’Aosta: authentic scents and flavors that bring you back to the notes and colors that characterize this territory.

Our restaurant is available to our guests for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. We offer a daily changing dinner menu and a breakfast buffet. Divided into two different houses, with identical service and menu, our main restaurant, Lo Miete, is located in the main building with its characteristic mountain architecture. The cozy atmosphere with wood and stone elements invites you to linger and is perfect for breakfast and dinner.

Our second restaurant, Lo Pejo, is located in a separate chalet opposite the reception. There, you can enjoy lunch and dinner. The warm and inviting interior with its wood elements creates a cozy atmosphere. In summer, there is a terrace, and in winter, a conservatory where you can dine. A special feature is the fantastic view of the mountain landscape and the tables made of large soapstone slabs, making your dining experience truly unique.
