At the Restaurant La Baitina in Asiago you can enjoy dishes selected from the culinary tradition of the Veneto region, first courses based on fresh pasta, crespelle and homemade gnocchi, second courses from game, duck and donkey to the best cuts of Angus (ribs, chops, burgers, steaks and fillet) all from the Veneto region, and last but not least, a choice of desserts, ice cream and parfaits, all from the restaurant’s own production.
The 360-degree panorama offers a spectacular view of the entire plateau, and, dulcis in fundo, on some days you can enjoy an aperitif accompanied by live piano notes.
