Using fresh, regional and seasonal quality products from South Tyrol, the chefs create dishes from their homeland. You can expect numerous homemade specialities such as pasta, dumplings, Schlutzkrapfen and of course a good dessert is not to be missed.
The aroma is right, the look inspires, the taste makes you smile. This is what pleasure must feel like.
