We stayed at the Alpenrose Hotel from January 6th to 11th, 2016, with two children aged 5 and 1. The experience was truly positive; we were looked after in every way, especially with regards to the children.
There was a private hotel shuttle service that took us to the ski slopes (even after hours, because with small children it's not always easy to be punctual).
The room was very spacious and clean. The staff's courtesy immediately put you at ease (special thanks to our "maid," Melanie, who was truly kind).
The wellness area with its swimming pool and sauna, etc., was also beautiful. The only unpleasant thing was that the foreign guests had no respect whatsoever for the areas where you could be naked and those where you had to wear a swimsuit.
For the rest, everything was truly wonderful... 100% recommended

Abbiamo soggiornato all hotel alpenrose dal 06 al 11 gennaio 2016 con due bimbi di 5 e 1 anni. L esperienza e’ stata davvero positiva, siamo stati seguiti in tutto, soprattutto per quanto riguarda i bambini.
C’era un servizio navetta privato dell’hotel che ci accompagnava sulle piste da sci (anche fuori orario, perché con i bimbi piccoli non è sempre facile essere puntuali) .
La stanza era spaziosissima e pulita. La cortesia del personale ti metteva subito a proprio agio (un grazie particolare alla nostra "cameriera" Melanie, davvero gentile).
Bellissima anche la zona wellness con piscina e sauna ecc... l’unica cosa non molto piacevole è stata che gli ospiti stranieri non rispettavano per niente le aree nelle quali si poteva stare nudi e quelle in cui si doveva portare il costume...
Per il resto tutto davvero meraviglioso... consigliato al 100%
