Excellent food, seasoned with courtesy and friendliness

For two years in a row we spent a week's vacation in Cadore and... how could we not return to this restaurant? Excellent food, from appetizers to first courses, second courses, side dishes, and desserts! The off-menu specials of the day are also delicious... Kudos to the kitchen staff! The beer is excellent, too! What to recommend? Well, everything... or at least, everything we tried... mixed cured meats and cheeses appetizer, casunziei, quadrotti, tagliatelle with mushrooms, spaetzle with cream and speck, grilled cheese, polenta and sausage, rib-eye steak, scallops in white wine, pork loin with red cabbage, berry Bavarian cream, strawberry Bavarian cream, strudel, and parfait! In short... the palate is abundantly satisfied! Not to mention the friendliness, cordiality, kindness, and professionalism of Giuseppe and Roberta! Always available to satisfy any request and... extremely friendly! (Not everyone can be both professional and friendly at the same time.) A restaurant that is truly worth recommending!
