Restaurant La Zuita

The Restaurant La Zuita, part of the Hotel Alpenrose, is family-friendly and offers typical dishes of the Venetian Dolomites. Guests can sit inside or on the terrace. While they wait for the selected menu, an appetizer is served; from canederli with grana cheese and melted butter or with bouillon, spatzle with cream and bacon to gnocchi with deer liqueur or smoked ricotta with melted butter, Panzerotti with fresh ricotta, grana cheese and venison sausage with polenta, venison pepper, beef spaghetti, rustic potatoes, polenta and vegetables as well as children’s menus. Those who have reserved the day before may also order rustic pizza with vegetable cold cuts.
