Excellent 3-star hotel, fully equipped. Although there isn't much choice, I'd say the dinner was excellent, not to mention breakfast, where you can find everything you need. Even though it's a 3-star hotel, the wellness center is included in the price. Excellent location, less than a 5-minute bus ride from the ski slopes (Klausberg).

Ottimo Hotel a 3 stelle, completo di tutto. Anche se non c’è molta scelta, direi che il cibo servito a cena è ottimo, per non parlare della colazione, dove si può trovare di tutto. Anche se un 3 stelle, nel prezzo è compreso il centro Wellness. Ottima posizione a meno di 5 minuti di autobus dalle piste da sci (Klausberg).

I spent a week at this property in August. I thoroughly enjoyed everything about it: the impeccable and efficient services, the extraordinary food, the convenient location for excursions, the excellent cleanliness of the rooms and the property in general, the fantastic pool and relaxation area... in short, for me, since it was my first time in the Aurina Valley, I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Una settimana coccolato
Ho trascorso una settimana in questa struttura ad agosto. Sono stato molto bene in tutto, dai servizi molto ben curati ed efficienti, il cibo straordinario, la comodità per le escursioni, la pulizia delle camere e della struttura in generale ottima, piscina e zona relax fantastica...insomma per me che era la prima volta in Valle Aurina, non potevo chiedere di meglio come biglietto da visita...

We spent our vacation at this hotel for a week with two small children. What can I say? It exceeded our expectations: welcoming, clean, very good food with a children's menu, and a children's playground with various play areas, including a pool. We will definitely be back.

Abbiamo trascorso le nostre vacanze in questo albergo una settimana, con due bambini piccoli. Che dire, sopra ogni aspettativa, accogliente, pulito, cibo molto buono con menù anche per i più piccoli, attrezzato per bambini con varie aree gioco tra cui la piscina. Ci ritorneremo di sicuro.

Good morning, we spent a weekend with the kids at this welcoming property in October. Everything exceeded our expectations! Excellent dinner and breakfast. The pool area is fantastic. After several years, my husband and I have finally been able to truly relax because our six-year-old children have found the perfect environment for them! The hotel is in a great location for many trails. See you next year!

Buongiorno abbiamo trascorso un fine settimana con i bambini in questa accogliente struttura ad ottobre. Tutto sopra le aspettative! Ottima cena e colazione.
Fantastica la zona piscina, finalmente dopo diversi anni io e mio marito siamo riusciti veramente a rilassarci perché i bambini, di 6 anni, hanno trovato una ambiente perfetto per loro! L’hotel si trova in una posizione ottima per tanti sentieri, ci vediamo il prossimo anno!

Beautiful accommodation, the family room is very comfortable (large shower), adequate for our needs. The wellness area is excellent, including a well-equipped children's pool. The outdoor green area is perfect for sunbathing while the kids play on the classic but always useful outdoor games. The breakfast was very good (plenty of variety and quantity), as was the dinner, with a wide choice of menu options, especially for children. The service was friendly and attentive. Thank you.

Vacanza in agosto con la famiglia!
Bella struttura ricettiva, la camera famigliare è molto confortevole (box doccia grande), adeguata alle nostre esigenze. Buono il reparto wellness, comprensivo di piscina per bambini che era ben strutturata. Nell’area verde esterna è possibile prendere il sole mentre i bimbi possono giocare nei classici ma sempre utili giochi all’aperto.
Molto buona la colazione (molta varietà e quantità), anche la cena, menù a scelta, ampia disponibilità per cambiare il menù soprattutto per i bambini. Gentile e riservato il servizio. Grazie.

Excellent hotel, very friendly and helpful staff. I've known this hotel for many years, and I always return for its services and location. On my first day, they gave me a card that gives me free bus and train travel throughout South Tyrol all day. Exceptional! I used it every day. The Aurina Valley is a paradise, and I hope to return soon, naturally to the Hotel Adler in San Giovanni.

Ottimo hotel, personale molto gentile e disponibile. Conosco questo hotel da molti anni, torno sempre lì per i suoi servizi e la posizione. Il primo giorno mi hanno consegnato una tessera con cui si viaggia in pullman e treno gratis tutto il giorno in tutto l’Alto Adige. Eccezionale! L’ho usata tutti i giorni. La Valle Aurina è un paradiso, spero di tornarci presto, naturalmente all’Hotel Adler di San Giovanni.

We stayed on vacation the last week of August. The apartment was large, spacious, and clean. We took a half-day or full-day trip and had a wonderful time! It has all the comforts you could need: a large pool, an excellent wellness center, a bowling alley inside the hotel, and extremely friendly staff who were always available and attentive to our every need. The menu options were also available, and the price was excellent! The location is perfect! It's also perfect for dog owners like us. The bar is open all day, and there's an ice cream parlor inside. We'll definitely be back!

Siamo stati in vacanza l’ultima settimana di agosto, un appartamento grande spazioso e pulito, abbiamo fatto la M/P e ci siamo trovati benissimo!! Ci sono tutti i comfort, grande piscina, ottimo centro wellness, bowling all’interno dell’albergo, personale gentilissimo sempre presente e attento a tutte le nostre necessità! Possibilità di cambiare menù ed anche ottimo prezzo! Posizione strategica! Adattissimo anche per chi ha un cane come noi. Bar aperto tutto il giorno e gelateria all’interno. Ci torneremo sicuramente!

This is our second year vacationing here. The service and helpfulness were excellent. The new rooms are beautiful, and the spa and pool were fantastic. To be honest, I enjoyed the food a little less this year than last year... overall, though, it was an excellent vacation, relaxing and active with the various excursions we took.

È il secondo anno che veniamo qui in vacanza. Ottimo il servizio e la disponibilità. Le camere nuove sono bellissime, la spa e la piscina fantastiche. La cucina quest’anno, a dire il vero, mi è piaciuta un po’ meno rispetto lo scorso anno... nel complesso, però, vacanza ottima, rilassante e attiva nelle varie escursioni che abbiamo fatto.

Cleanliness and food were good. In my opinion, the rooms weren't too spacious, with a sofa bed as a third bed. Overall, a good hotel. The location is on the road, but convenient for excursions. Friendly staff.
