At the Hotel La Montanara in Predazzo, alongside traditional Trentino flavours and the great classics of Mediterranean cuisine, you’ll also find Eat&Roll, our restaurant dedicated to Italian and international street food. Chef Anna passionately creates pucce, burgers, panzerotti, arancini, salads and many other specialities, combining the flavours of Southern Italy with the typical ingredients of Trentino-Alto Adige. The menu also features a range of vegetarian and vegan options: Eat&Roll’s street food is designed for everyone, including the little ones. Street food has arrived in the Dolomites in style!
