As ingredients, we always prefer to use local ingredients!

From the barrel positioned in the middle of the house you can tap by yourself all the Apple Cider you want, it is a present for you!

On the Menu you’ll find unfiltered beers, and other juices and beverages, all made in the own factory.

On request also the house offers guided tours of the plant production to find out how apple juice, vinegar, cider and unfiltered beers are produced.
