We hadn't done any online research; we just walked in and immediately loved both the decor and the atmosphere, even though it was a "nonetheless" midday meal in June. We enjoyed a tasting of typical appetizers, which were truly delicious and beautifully presented (and plentiful). Then we had a first course, risotto with green asparagus and goat cheese, a delight. The waiter was professional and very friendly. It was a wonderful experience, another positive addition to a peaceful holiday in Val Gardena.

Abbiano optato per questo ristorante semplicemente perchè era vicino al residence dove alloggiavamo. Non avevamo fatto alcuna ricerca su internet, siamo entrati e subito ci è piaciuto sia l’arredamento che l’atmosfera, anche se era un "anonimo" mezzogiorno di giugno. Abbiamo mangiato una degustazione di antipasti tipici, veramente buono e ben presentato (anche abbondante). Poi abbiamo mangiato un primo, risotto agli asparagi verdi e caprino, una delizia per il palato. Il cameriere professionale e molto simpatico. E’ stata una bella esperienza, un altro tassello positivo per una serena vacanza in Val Gardena.
