Our restaurant is the heart of the hotel: a welcoming place where hotel guests and outside visitors come together to enjoy an authentic culinary experience.
Vegetables, herbs and organic produce come straight from Friedrich’s garden, harvested in the morning and served on your plate just a few hours later.
Every day we prepare fresh, honest dishes as well as homemade jams, juices, compotes and pasta, making the most of every ingredient.
What does not come from our own garden is carefully sourced from organic farmers in the Venosta Valley: cheese, apples, vegetables and regional, seasonal, organic-certified meat.
