Restaurant Schaurhof

The restaurant at Schaurhof in Vipiteno welcomes you in an authentic and elegant setting, featuring historic Tyrolean parlours dating back to 1908, a charming vaulted dining room and, in summer, a sunny terrace.
Here you can enjoy traditional dishes carefully prepared by host Georg Steurer, using fresh, local and seasonal ingredients. Homemade pasta and desserts are part of the experience, while many products come directly from the farm, the hotel garden or trusted local farmers and butchers. The restaurant is ideal both for a memorable holiday meal and for celebrating special occasions such as birthdays, baptisms, communions, Mother’s Day, business dinners and family gatherings. Families with children are also well looked after, thanks to the playground and playroom.
The kitchen is open from 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm and from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm.
