Fifty50 Snowboard Academy

ASD Fifty 50 Snowboard Academy (Folgaria Ortesine) – was born from the passion of two instructors and federal snowboard coaches, Germano and Luca. The two of them, after several years of experience around the Alps, decided to create a place where to teach this sport in a funny and safe way.
Here you will find multiple types of courses with different teaching methods, which were tested by the many years’ experience of the owners and by the desire to find new options able to bring more and more people to try this sport in the "respect of nature".
For most people, the first time on the snowboard is connected to the fear of getting hurt, to the anguish of falling and to not be able to control the speed.
The instructors, aware of this, in the course "First step" will show you some teaching methods that reduce these fears and enhance the positive vibes, that this sport can give.
It is known, that a good snowboarder is not the one who goes down faster, but the one who in every situation and in every moment has the control of the board.
With the course designed to improve your technique, you will get tips how to feel safer and how to have fun without harming yourself and others.
The freestyle/free ride course is also available.
