Write your reviewThe very well-groomed slopes
For years, the slopes have been impeccable, always well-maintained, with a few new ski lifts every year, everything is excellent. The only flaw for 2021: in our opinion, the green pass system (valid for months) combined with the multi-day ski pass could have been improved. To get it, you either have to wait in line every morning, or you can buy it online. A hassle you'd like to avoid on vacation.

Le piste curatissime
Da anni piste impeccabili, sempre curate, ogni anno qualche impianto di risalita nuovo, tutto ottimo.
Unica pecca 2021: secondo noi il sistema del green pass (valido per mesi) associato allo skipass per più giorni poteva essere migliorato. Per poterlo fare o bisogna fare la fila ogni mattina, oppure lo si fa online. Un pensiero che in vacanza si vorrebbe evitare.

La migliore località in Europa per lo sci. Per chi ama questo sport non c’è posto migliore. Impianti e piste al top. Piste lunghe per divertirsi senza dove risalire ogni minuto sugli impianti.

I've been going there my whole life, and every year it gets better and better: the slopes, lifts, facilities, nature, entertainment, transportation, and artificial snow (if there isn't any) are all extraordinary. What more can I say? Seeing is believing! You can get there from San Vigilio, Riscone, and Valdaora, my favorites. I never change my ski vacation destination because I think there's no place that can match Plan de Corones!

Ci vado ormai da una vita e ogni anno migliorano sempre, piste, impianti, strutture, natura, divertimenti, trasporti, neve artificiale (nel caso non c’è ne sia) tutto straordinario. Che dire di più, provare per credere! Si può salire da S.Vigilio da Riscone e da Valdaora che io prediligo. Non cambio mai la meta delle mie vacanze sulla neve, perché penso che non ci siano posti all’altezza di Plan de Corones!

The Kronplatz needs no introduction: wide slopes for all levels of skiers, renowned refuges, ski lifts, and snowmaking systems among the best in the world! The views of all the surrounding mountains are incredible, from the Dolomites to the peaks of the Venosta Valley. My favorite is the slope toward San Vigilio di Marebbe, but the slopes toward Valdaora are equally beautiful and endless. Adrenaline is guaranteed along the steep Sylvester slope in Riscone. The new Messner Mountain Museum is also interesting.

Il Plan de Corones non ha bisogno di presentazioni: piste larghe per ogni tipo di sciatore, rifugi rinomati, impianti di risalita e innevamento artificiale tra i migliori al mondo! Il panorama è incredibile su tutte le montagne circostanti: dalle Dolomiti alle vette della Val Venosta. Il mio preferito è il versante verso San Vigilio di Marebbe ma le piste verso Valdaora sono altrettanto belle e interminabili. L’adrenalina è assicurata lungo la ripida Sylvester di Riscone. Interessante anche il nuovo Messner Mountain Museum.
