Praise for exceptionally good service

On Monday, March 16, 2026, I went to the sports shop "Ski Top Badia" to have my skis checked, as I had only stumbled on the slopes the day before, fallen several times, and thought that I had completely forgotten how to ski within 3 weeks. Completely frustrated, I described my problem. A very nice, young, highly competent, and friendly employee of your store immediately showed understanding, recognized the problem, and checked the freshly sharpened edges. He then discovered that, during the service at a German sporting goods store, the edges had apparently been left unbroken after sharpening. To save my day of skiing, the employee immediately and very professionally sharpened the edges by hand. When I went to pay, the employee simply said, "That's fine." I experienced the same procedure the following day in the same sports shop when another employee noticed the same problem with my wife's skis and also competently resolved it immediately. In this case as well, no invoice was issued. In my many years of experience in customer service, I have never experienced such positive, competent, fast and extremely friendly customer service. Therefore, I would like to sincerely thank the team at the sports shop “Ski Top Badia” once again for saving our ski holiday and giving us back the joy of skiing. Once again, we would like to express our sincere thanks!
