Ice rink Fondo

The Ice Stadium or Palasmeraldo is the ice rink of the municipality of Borgo D’Anaunia. It has inside a 60 × 30 rink suitable for any sporting and competitive event on ice, both nationally and internationally.
Open for about 11 months of the year, it welcomes athletes of all ice disciplines: ice hockey of different categories, broomball, speed skating, figure skating.
Their presence, depending on the period, is related to the trainings during their respective championships, preseason retreats, summer internships, and even for the holding of official championship games.
Naturally, the stadium is open to the public on weekends during the winter and in August and every day during the Christmas period (in this period, if the weather permits, an ice rink is set up on the frozen surface of Smeraldo Lake!) .
The structure is equipped with three stands for the public with a capacity of more than 1,000, changing rooms for teams and the public, and a gym for gymnastic activities to be carried out before entering the ice. For refreshments, the hotel offers an indoor bar and vending machines.
Immediately adjacent to the Ice Stadium there is a sports field suitable not only for football but also for other athletic activities.
The car parks are large and spacious and allow parking not only for cars and buses, but also for campers.
