The two picturesque municipalities Marebbe and San Martin de Tor are cozily nestled at the heart of the world-famous, awe-inspiring Dolomites. With only 3000 inhabitants, over the years Marebbe has successfully retained its quaint look and character. San Viglio is both the administrative centre of the Marebbe municipal area and a key destination for tourism and culture.

San Martin de Tor, the centre of the municipal area of the same name, is home to both the Museum Ladin and the Micurà de Rü Institute of Ladin Culture – two significant institutions which foster and cultivate the Ladin language and customs, turning the village into the undisputed cultural centre of the Badia valley.
Framed by the imposing Puez-Odle and Sasso Putia massifs, at the foot of the latter, laid out between lush meadows and forests, lies Antermoia – the ideal starting point for a large number of hikes.
