Nalles, the village of roses

The fruit and wine village of Nalles is located in the sunny Adige Valley, at the entrance to the ‘South Tyrolean Wine Route’ and on the ‘Via Claudia Augusta’ cycle route.
It is located away from the main traffic routes, approx. 14 km from Bolzano and approx. 16 km from the SPA town of Merano. Nals, the northernmost municipality on the ‘South Tyrolean Wine Route’, is also a centre of attraction for wine tasting thanks to its renowned winery.
The small village is also the southernmost municipality in the Merano region and enjoys a particularly favourable climate. Thanks to its fantastic location and fascinating nature, it is a paradise for hikers and connoisseurs. The municipality of Nalles extends at an altitude of 300 - 1,000 metres above sea level, and has around 1,800 inhabitants. The direct connection to the South Tyrolean cycle path network makes Nalles particularly interesting for cyclists.
