Webcam from the Luigi Cibrario Refuge on the Peraciaval basin

The webcam is located at the Luigi Cibrario Refuge, in the Peraciaval basin, below the Colle della Valletta, in the municipality of Usseglio, in the Viù Valley, at an altitude of 2.616 m. It frames the plain in front of the refuge: on the left the path that leads to Col Sulè, which is part of the Bessanese Tour. On the right the path that leads to the Peraciaval lake, at 2.772 m above sea level, and from which the water is drawn to produce energy for the refuge through a hydroelectric turbine. Numerous ibexes live in the area, visible in groupings of up to 60 specimens. Consult this webcam to find out the weather conditions in this area of the Graian Alps / Grajischen Alpen, in Alto Piemonte. The webcam is active during the refuge's opening season.
