Farm Soto al Croz

Educational Farm! The experiences are designed for families staying on the Alpe Cimbra and nearby in the summer period, and include:
Milk workshop: Make a small caciotta cheese and then enjoy a guided tour of the farm to meet our cows and hear their story. From three years of age, children can get close to cows, horses, sheep, rabbits, goats and hens. Duration: about two hours.
Butter workshop: Turn cream into butter – shake, mix and have fun together. Suitable for adults and children, duration approx. 30 minutes.
Farm discovery tour: Guided visit to get to know all the farm animals, without the practical cheese-making part. Duration: about 1.5 hours, suitable for all ages.
Farm Memory game: Using 40 small milk cans, children try to find pairs of farm animals and the products they provide.
Creative workshop: For busy little hands using natural materials to create fun items from local farming tradition, such as scarecrows, little "good-luck charms" and wool weavings. Help from adults is welcome.
Sensory trail: Bare hands and/or feet can touch, walk on and smell different materials used on the farm.
Activities are available by reservation from May to September.
